Must be a US Citizen / Green Card holder currently residing in the US (Ohio, Indiana, or North Carolina preferred).

We are looking for a mission-driven US Site Manager / Operations Manager to lead

and scale our new local facility in the Medical Device sector. This is a rare "Greenfield" opportunity to build a high-impact operation from the ground up, moving from a small initial setup to a team of 12-20 professionals within the first year.

Site Leadership: Full accountability for daily operations, including local production, assembly, and logistics for medical equipment.

Scaling & Recruitment: Lead the hiring and onboarding process, growing the team from a lean start to 12-20 employees, ensuring a culture of excellence and safety.

Operational Excellence & Quality: Implement and maintain efficient workflows that meet strict medical device quality standards (ISO/FDA compliance).

Supply Chain & PPC (תפ"י): Manage local production planning, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of life-saving equipment.

Strategic Growth: Act as the local "owner" of the site, bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution.

• 5 years experience as operation manager in industrial comapnies

• Technical background with hands-on operational experience

• Experience in production and logistics environments

• Proven people management capabilities

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Education: Undergraduate degree

• Preference to person who was in charge of independent operation (e.g. Branch manager)
